If you need a different size, contact Neechy within 7 calendar days of delivery before sending anything back.
Items eligible for a size exchange
Your slip must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original packaging and any labels intact. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed slips cannot be exchanged.
How to arrange an exchange
- Email tamoorkhantk88@yahoo.com with your order number, the size received and the size you need.
- Wait for our return instructions and confirmation that the replacement size is available.
- Return the eligible item securely packed. We inspect it before sending the replacement.
Courier charges
For a size exchange, you pay the return courier charge and Rs. 285 for delivery of the replacement within Pakistan.
Wrong or faulty items
If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived faulty, email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photographs. We cover return and replacement delivery for an approved wrong-item or fault claim. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we arrange a refund for the affected item and its applicable delivery charge.
